Tony was a successful CPA for 30+ years before transitioning to the multifamily real estate in 2006. Educated at the University of South Florida with an MBA from Golden Gate University, Tony's CPA firm Stadtler, Rosenblum & Saris, was acquired in 2006 by Rothstein Kass/KPMG. He specialized in real estate and began his investment portfolio in the 1990s with a 30-acre Power Retail Center development anchored by Walmart and a 25k sf commercial building.

 

From 2004-2014, Tony served as the CEO & Co-owner of St. Regis Properties, a real estate and asset management firm focused on market rate multifamily assets. Under his direction, St. Regis Properties Fund acquired $170M in multifamily assets, managed 1600+ units and supervised $6M in renovations. He financed and refinanced over $250M in loan transactions with JP Morgan, Bank of America, and Wells Fargo bank and later sold his interest in the $225M appreciated Fund.

 

In 2016, under Ariston Management LLC, Tony acquired Fiori Estates in Sonoma County, a newly built 244-unit multifamily asset valued at $100M. This was a presale with the AG Spanos Co, with whom he has a 15+ year working relationship. Tony received the 2015 Presidential Award from the American Construction Inspectors Associate, for his commitment to design and construction of Fiori.

 

Throughout his career, Tony has established strong business relationships with Marcus & Millichap, Essex, and Pacific Urban, and transaction relationships with CBRE, Hendricks Hathaway, Cushman, HFF, and Colliers, et al.

 

Tony’s great passion in life is promoting and preserving his Hellenic (Greek) heritage. He is current board member of The National Hellenic Society and The Elios Society and Elios Charitable Foundation. He is a past board member of the Metropolis of SF Greek Orthodox Church Council, the Nativity of Christ Church, the Pan Cretan National Endowment Fund, and the St. Nicholas Ranch Foundation, as well as being an Archon of the Greek Orthodox Archdiocese of San Francisco. He served as an Executive Producer of The Greek Guide to Greatness, a nationally acclaimed documentary series.
